Rental conditions
The key will be collected from the Teglgaardsparken store, Teglgaardsparken 149, 8882 Faarvang, unless otherwise agreed. The consumption of electricity, heat, gas and water are additional costs and must be paid at the same time as the key is returned, see 1.3 and 3.3. The price per kWh for electricity is around DKK 4,20 in Denmark. Normal consumption - without heating - is approx. 150 kWh per week in the main season, depending on the size of the house. In the cold season and in holiday homes with a swimming pool and / or spa and / or sauna (depending on use), higher electricity costs are required. In Denmark, gas costs around DKK 10.00 per m3.
In holiday homes with an indoor water meter, a fee of DKK 45-85 per person may be charged. m3 in Denmark. The price depends on the cost of the regional water supply. Rental agreement The services covered by the rental agreement are only provided by the description of the vacation rental by MS. Travel agencies, internet portals and other booking sites are not entitled to make agreements that deviate from the rental conditions of MS.
